digital products

pari manifests sells digital goods and services — aura (virtual currency) and the digital content it unlocks (signs, readings, plans, and more). aura is credited and content is delivered instantly upon successful payment.

all sales are final

because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once completed. aura that has been purchased or spent cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

erroneous or duplicate charges

we want every transaction to be fair. if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, charged in error, or your aura was not credited after a successful payment, please email support@alie.me within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email and payment details. we will investigate, and any approved refund for an erroneous charge will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
